New Years Day 2022

Happy New Year!
I don’t think I’ve ever been this excited for a new year.
Not that 2021 was a bad year, in fact it was a great year!
It wasn’t without its hardships, but it had great moments!
But right now, this 2022 year has so many possibilities to look forward to.

Hope you don’t mind–I’m excited for this year, so here are a few thoughts running in my head today.

Few things I’ll keep in mind:

Honor the struggles. We all have them but honor them and learn from them. Grow from them.

Just know they will pop up from time to time–be prepared for them.

Set your intentions every morning!
This is so important to winning your day and not letting the day run all over you.

Set you intentions to improve on whatever it is you’re working on.

Bring the Joy.

Bring it as much as you can. Not just for yourself but bring it to others, let others absorb your joy. Make it a habit to bring Joy to others every day!

Be Congruent: Stay consistent!
Don’t let life just steer you in any direction it wants.
Hold the reins and steer this sucker yourself.
Align with your best self-every day. Do what’s right for you.

Just be yourself. Be comfortable in your own skin.

Challenge yourself!
We must learn to challenge ourselves! It’s ok if we suck at doing something. Just keep at it, keep going until you get it.
We grow through our challenges, our struggles.
Just don’t give up, don’t get discouraged.

Remember Honor the struggle.

Make an Impact!
This world is full of so much negativity. More than ever before. More than I am aware of.
You see, I don’t watch the news at all, but I know there’s a lot of bad crap going on in the world.
All I can do, all any of us can do is make a Positive Impact right where we stand today.
We can positively Impact people every day and in doing so, make our world a better place.
We can only control our world, our life. If we can make it better, we can make others’ lives better along the way.
Let’s do our part and Bring the Joy!
