It’s the one area of your life that is the Foundation for so many other things!
How to raise your vibrational energy
Positive Energy is the starting point to having a Great Day.
Ask yourself these questions:
How am I feeling? How is my energy level? What can I do to make it better?
One thing we can always control is our attitudes—our energy.
It’s up to us to summon the best of us, over and over and over again, day after day.
The task of taking care of our Grandchildren can be overwhelming. It’s up to us to feel the best we can each and every day. It all starts with our Energy level. Not just our physical Energy, but our Mental Energy.
How can we raise our vibrational energy?
Believe it or not—It’s a choice we make. Our attitudes, our energy level can be adjusted by our choice.
I drudged through a few years of low energy. I let circumstances of my situation rule my life. I woke stressed, tired, and irritable most days. I wasn’t taking care of myself, I wasn’t eating right, sleeping well. I was worried all the time about raising grandkids, and all the responsibilities that came with it. I worried about what people thought of me having to raise my grandkids. All those negative emotions made me live with very low energy and I didn’t even realize it at the time. I just thought it was my new norm.
The turning point for me came when I was introduced to a single book. “The Secret”. I had never heard of it before or heard of it’s concepts. This one book sparked my curiosity and led to many, many more books on Personal Development.
I was hooked and I continue to read everything I could on the subject of personal development.
More and more knowledge was revealed to me. Slowly I started to change my outlook on my situation and life.
My energy, my mindfulness slowly started to shift. Starting your day off with Great Energy takes time & practice.
It takes being aware of where you with your thoughts and your feelings. It’s intentional. You have to choose it.
If we are aware and mindful, we can start our day with a high level of Energy.
It’s through Gratitude, Grace and Love that we can achieve this.
What does having a high level of energy do for us? It will bring Joy and appreciation into your life.
We can be more productive. Our relationships with our loved ones will be strengthened.
We will have a Zest and Vibe for life. We can achieve so much more than we ever imagined.
Here are some steps we can take in the morning to ensure our energy is at it’s highest:
Practice Gratitude
Journaling is one the best ways we can express our gratitude.
We can also verbally express our gratitude to those around us.
It’s amazing how their faces will light up when you do this.
Nurture yourself—take care of yourself, pamper yourself when you can. Love yourself
Relax—take time to do something that is relaxing to you.
Start your day off with a good, yummy breakfast.
Read something inspirational! Listen to something inspirational via Podcast or your favorite music.
Stay off your phone in the morning for as long as you can. Social Media, Email etc.
Set your intentions for the day. Write them out on paper!
Over time and with practice you will start to notice your energy more and more.
You will recognize when it’s low.
We are all human, and we will all have those days that don’t go as planned. We will all have bad days. We will know when our energy is zapped.
Just remember that each day is the first day of your life.
We get to start again the next day. Our bad days are no longer relevant, they don’t exist anymore.
